Giveaway!! Poblano is an interesting pepper. It is super mild - we call these our UNHOT hot sauces - but has this vibrant green floral flavour. It is absolutely amazing paired with white fish, shrimp (in this spring roll), tofu, rice, avocado, and other delicate ingredients. To these it adds it's subtle heat and quickly disappears leaving a lasting pleasant taste.We have two kinds of poblano sauces: Poblano Original and Poblano Maple. One savoury and one sweet. The sweet one tends to pair better with protein and the original with everything else.

A little about us.
Defining a product like ours isn't easy. At our core we created our sauces with 3 goals in mind:1) Taste Fresh (no vinegar or fermentation)2) NO Chemicals Whatsoever (not even so called "organic" ones)3) Only Premium Ingredients (extra virgin olive oil rather than canola, real maple syrup rather than some sugar)Obviously this makes us an anomaly in the food industry. Even hugely successful organic or natural brands break some and most often all of these rules. Costs is the primary reason but the difficulty in successfully and safely manufacturing is also a big reason.
But we did it and we're proud of it so when it came to describing what we are we were stuck. What do you call something like that. Other companies ruined natural so how?Back to your roots. Back to the earth. The farm. Mother nature. Naked. Just naked ingredients. Clean. So there you are.
